Whether you already live here or halfway around the world, I can
help you buy and sell
Nanaimo
and area properties at the best possible price and
terms.
For buyers, please call or email me at any time for immediate
assistance. I will meet with you at your convenience to
review all available listings online, arrange viewings
and prepare the necessary purchase documents. If you are
more interested in monitoring listings over a longer
period of time, I would encourage you to use my
Property Watcher service to see all new listings
with the same details as available to realtors. This is
a vastly superior way to search online than
MLS.CA. See the
Buying section for more details.
If you are considering selling your property, give me a call or
email me for a free, no obligation listing evaluation. I
can also offer you advice on how to best prepare your
property to sell at the highest price as quickly as
possible. See the
Selling section for the details of my
List to Sell Marketing
services.
Additionally, let me know if you would like to receive my
bimonthly newsletter
Nanaimo
and Area Real Estate Update by email or mailed directly
to your home. Over 250 readers now receive it every two
months to keep abreast of current real estate market
trends and issues.
I hope that you find my website as helpful as possible and look
forward to the opportunity to serve you.
After living in four provinces from coast to coast, my
wife Deb and I know how fortunate we are to be residents of this most
beautiful part of our country. We also really appreciate our Mediterranean
climate when we reflect on past winters in much colder places.
Prior to becoming a licensed realtor in 2003, I worked in residential and
commercial construction, oil exploration, personnel recruitment and healthcare
administration. From 1989 to 2001, I held various administrative positions at
the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital, including President and CEO. After the
Hospital amalgamated with the Central Vancouver Island Health Region, I
assumed the position of VP Operations for the Nanaimo and Area hospital and
public health services. I have attended the University of Western Ontario,
Dalhousie University, and the University of Toronto, and have a bachelor's
degree in philosophy and masters degree in health sciences administration.
From my education and work experiences, I have learned how to develop positive
relationships, communicate effectively, and negotiate desired outcomes. I
believe that these are the essential requirements of an effective realtor. I
have received numerous awards for my real estate services since entering the
industry and value the positive ongoing relationships that I maintain with my
clients.
