Property Watcher
Prospective buyers can sign up to the 'Property Watcher' service to receive regular
updates on the types of property in which they are interested. Simply
complete the following Property Search Criteria Form and press the "submit" button at the end of the form to send me your
search criteria by email instantly. I will then set up an autosearch website specifically for you
using your search criteria. You will receive an email from me describing how to access the site
at your convenience to see all matching listings as they are listed with all of the details and
photos available to realtors. The system will automatically email you to let you know when new
listings have been added, and it will also show you the selling prices of properties as they are
sold. This is a vastly superior and more efficient way to monitor listings than surfing mls.ca!
